FALL FUNDRAISER DINNER @ THE NECIC COMMUNITY CENTER October 6, 2022

A great gathering of Richland County Dems happened last Thursday night at the NECIC Community Center to raise money for repairs needed at Party headquarters. The food, the drinks and the company were superb. Taylor Sappington, candidate for Auditor of State, inspired the crowd with his story of a life lived in service to his community and how he intends to bring that idea of service and integrity to the State Auditor's Office. Dems responded with an enthusiastic standing ovation. A video of his address can be found below. Many thanks to all who attended and to those who donated door prizes. Thank you to all who helped set up, and clean up, and to Amy Yockey and Tim for manning the ticket table. Kudos to Fast Eddies and MVP for the fabulous food. Most of all , thank you to the organizing committee, Mary Heminger, Sharon Shulz, and Kathy Clevenger who were led by the amazing Jill Van Harlingen. And we would be remiss to not thank Jon Van Harlingen who made it clear that he did not volunteer.
